关于送货：
工作日当天下午三点前下单 (周六周日除外)，同日皇家邮政快递；急单请联系客服支付 next day 的额外运费。无法通知具体几点或哪天送货，请务必留人签收。以官网显示状态为准，如果错过送货请自行联系 Royal Mail 预约改日再送。因顾客不取件、搬家或不预约 redelivery 造成的退件重发，而产生的第二次运费 5 英镑需自理。若顾客未提供正确、完整的收件地址（含房间号、公寓名字或街道号）导致的派送失败，商家不承担由此产生的额外运费，以及由此导致的产品变质损失。

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail. On business days, we ship all orders before 15:30.
Please ensure you provide the correct address. We cannot estimate the delivery date or time. If you miss the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery.
关于退货：
如果遇到任何货物质量问题或发错商品，请在收到货物的当日拍照，发微信或邮件给我们；我们会及时为您处理。非质量问题，在不影响二次销售的前提下，必须在收到后三天内联系店家微信商议退货，退回运费需要自理。请注意：所有中成药及贴身使用的商品不享有退货政策。

Return Policy:
BENCAO.UK does accept returns of products in the following situations, provided you contact us on the same day of receiving your parcel:
· If the item is damaged or defective.
· If the wrong product is received.
We will not accept returns on items if the seal or packaging has been broken. Items such as plasters and herbal tablets can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
For any other reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. For non-quality issues, the customer needs to pay for the return postage.
