关于送货：

工作日当天下午三点前下单 (周六周日除外)，同日皇家邮政快递；急单请联系客服支付 next day 的额外运费。无法通知具体几点或哪天送货，请务必留人签收。以官网显示状态为准，如果错过送货请自行联系 Royal Mail 预约改日再送。因顾客不取件、搬家或不预约 redelivery 造成的退件重发，而产生的第二次运费 6 英镑需自理。若顾客未提供正确、完整的收件地址（含房间号、公寓名字或街道号）导致的派送失败，商家不承担由此产生的额外运费，以及由此导致的产品变质损失。

Please ensure you provide the correct address. We cannot estimate the delivery date or time. If you miss the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery.
