关于退货：

如果遇到任何货物质量问题或发错商品，请在收到货物的当日拍照，发微信或邮件给我们；我们会及时为您处理。非质量问题，在不影响二次销售的前提下，必须在收到后三天内联系店家微信商议退货，退回运费需要自理。请注意：所有中成药及贴身使用的商品不享有退货政策。

Return Policy:

BENCAO.UK does accept returns of products in the following situations, provided you contact us on the same day of receiving your parcel:

· If the item is damaged or defective.

· If the wrong product is received.

We will not accept returns on items if the seal or packaging has been broken. Items such as plasters and herbal tablets can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

For any other reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. For non-quality issues, the customer needs to pay for the return postage.
